General Shopping Questions

How do I find what I want?
The Accessory-Center.com family of sites is your home for all your vehicle needs. Visit Accessory-Center.com for your vehicle accessory needs. ReplacementParts-Center.com and PerformanceParts-Center.com will be launching soon, and will feature products to enhance performance and repair or maintain your vehicle.

To quickly search for your product by phrase or keyword, enter the text into the Search field at the top of the page and click GO. For more advanced options, click on "Advanced Search" at the top left of the page, in the Search box.

    Find Products by Name or Keyword:
    It's fun to just browse around. You'll be amazed at the variety of products available. If you want to find products by name or keyword, use the "Keyword" option on the Advanced Search form.

    Search by Part Number:
    If you know all or a portion of a manufacturer's part number, you may enter it on the Search form to locate matching products.

    Contact Us:
    If you can't find what you want, please let us know at sales@accessory-center.com. We are adding new product lines daily.

How do I know you received my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will see an Order Confirmation page. This page is formatted so that you can print it and save it for your records. It will contain all your relevant order information.

Also all orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an Order Confirmation email that will contain your order number, billing and shipping information, items you have ordered and our customer service e-mail address for any questions.

The Order Number is what we use to track your order through our order processing and billing systems. If you need to talk to us about your order, the order number will help us find your information as quickly as possible. But don't worry, our computer systems will allow us to help you even if you misplace your order number. We'll look it up using your name, your address, or phone number -- whatever it takes. How do I know when my order was shipped and can I get the tracking number?
All orders that include a valid e-mail address will receive a Shipping Notification by email when your item ships from our warehouses. For most orders the shipping notification will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. If this information was not received or you have other questions, you may contact us via orders@accessory-center.com.

Also, all Registered Accessory-Center Customers can check their order status at any time through the Your Account link at the top of the page. This information is updated in real time as your order is fulfilled, so you'll always know where your order stands.

How can I change a recently submitted order?
If you need to change your order for any reason, please visit our Order Assistance page.

How do I place a custom order?
For custom orders, please visit our Research Request page.

Can I place an order if I do not reside in the USA?
We currently offer domestic shipment within the 48 contiguous (continental lower 48) United States. Shipments outside the Continental U.S. and APO/FPO addresses are not available at this time. For orders outside the Continental U.S. please contact us at sales@accessory-center.com.

Is ordering on your site safe?
When you place orders at our site, and provide your credit card number and other credit card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology. SSL technology encrypts the information you send -- scrambling it -- so that it is virtually impossible to decipher and read in transit. All of our credit card transactions are secured using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the strongest encryption available, regardless of browser version.

Your browser will let you know when it is in "secure" mode. Rather than the standard "http" term, the Internet address will begin with "https", with the "s" standing for secure.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. This is usually the same day but may be up to two days after you place your order.

Will you ever sell or give away my personal information?

As each manufacturer has their own warranty statement and rules, the ultimate warranty decision and protection is theirs and is stated in each manufacturer's warranty statement. How do I return a product?
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases at any Accessory-Center.com store. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Certain restrictions apply. All items must be in "off-the-shelf and in the box" condition unless damaged in shipping. Returning items to us is easy! Just visit our Return Policy page and follow the instructions.
